Profile Questions

How are you different than others in your profession?

We don't offer any off-the-shelf solutions. No two companies are the same and they do not face the same problems. We work closely with companies to meld their intimate knowledge of their company with our professional knowledge and skills to identify problem areas and develop solutions to problems as they actually exist.

What are your biggest professional influences (books, mentors, events)?

45 years of experience

How do you typically handle disagreements with clients?

We recommend, they decide

Why do I (the client) need your services?

Companies are built of people, and people cannot see themselves or their companies as an outsider sees them. We provide clients with a "Third Party" assessment of themselves, their strategies, their leadership processes, their decision making, and their preparedness to mitigate the effects of and survive a serious disrupting event like Hurricane Sandy or a workplace harassment charge.
