About Me

I coach business owners and executives that want to grow and achieve more in their lives and businesses and need help getting there.

I help my clients become more self-aware of why their issues continue to occur and why their prior efforts have not led to success. We create plans and often implement training programs for them and their staff. Through regular sessions, holding them accountable for their actions, they make gradual improvements and over time achieve the success they are looking for.

I founded Professional Business Coaches, Inc., to help business owners and leaders achieve their vision. I have more than 25 years of experience working collaboratively with business partners in all phases of business management.

As Executive Director of Strategy and Business Development at Textron, a $14 billion multi-industry company, I led strategic planning initiatives, developed corporate strategy and supported business units in their strategy development. I also evaluated attractive business growth opportunities. Some major accomplishments include creating a new vision and strategy for the company, implementing a value-based strategy process, implementing a new overall management process and creating an on-campus recruiting and training program.

Prior to Textron, I worked six years at Coca-Cola in Germany to help them restructure the German bottling system and implement new marketing strategies.

Professional Business Coaches, Inc. helps business leaders achieve their vision, meet their challenges, and succeed by working with them and their teams individually or in groups on topics such as: leadership, business strategy, marketing, sales, customer service, operations, finance, and management training.

Many of my clients come to me with issues like time management; they say there are just not enough hours in the day to get all of their work done. Many have issues with sales: they do not have a systematic way of closing sales, or they are tired of hearing excuses from their sales staff. Often, my clients struggle with marketing issues. They spend a lot on advertising, but are not sure if they are really getting the results they are paying for. My clients also frequently have issues with human resources. Finding, hiring, and retaining top talent is constantly becoming more difficult. Some clients struggle with understanding the financial statements, or they are just not sure how to measure their overall performance. All too often, these issues are a result of not having or implementing a strategic plan that guides them and helps them focus on the priorities that will lead to success.

I help my clients become more self-aware of why their issues continue to occur and why their prior efforts have not led to success.
